A Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement exists between SEATPLY’s group of companies based in Montreal, Canada and KIN HENG TIMBER INDUSTRIES SDN BHD since 2005. SEATPLY is one of the largest curved plywood manufacturers in North America.

This strategic partnership allows both companies to share their expertise, technological advancements, and their resources and give each other territorial exclusivity. Over the years, comprehensive manufacturing techniques and know-hows have been transferred from SEATPLY to KIN HENG in the production of curved plywood seating components. 

Both companies have established themselves as regional leaders in manufacturing high-end curved plywood seating components and chairs. By sharing their knowledge and capacity, both companies expect to achieve continuous growth in the international market.
